1: Digital Printing
It’s also called digital inject printing, or sublimation printing like our regular printer to print paper, and it’s suitable for many colors printing, for example, photo printing, the more colors, the better printing effects.
Before printing, the factory will weave the bulk towel fabric, then cut the towel terry to be the towel velour surface, this would be easy to print colors very fully. In contrast, digital printing towel fabric would be a little more delicate, and the printing effect would be more realistic.
2: Reactive Printing.
For cotton beach towels, if the colors in your design are not too many, for example, less than 8 colors, we recommend you to use reactive printing because this printing effect is very full, and colors permeated very well into the terry yarn.
