When we look for a towel factory to help us do custom printing design, we will often be asked what way we need to print, if our custom quantity is not a lot, most of the factories will recommend us to use digital printing, so what is digital printing it, it will be used in what circumstances this printing method?
1: Depends on the purchase order quantity.
If our order quantity is only 100 or 200pcs around, the factory will suggest we use digital printing, for cotton material, they may use digital direct injection printing, for microfiber polyester material, they may use digital heat transfer, these two are different ways for digital printing.
2: Depends on our design or logo
If your logo or design is complex, for example, if your design included more than 10 colors, then digital printing is the only choice to make, but if your design is less than 6 colors when your towel material is cotton, and the quantity can be more than 300pcs, the factory would choose the reactive printing for us, for this printing, it’s pretty different with digital printing, reactive printing is made by mold.
3: Depends on our target delivery time
When we need the bulk order to be finished very fast time, digital printing is the best choice, generally, the factory can finish it in 10 days around if your towel quantity is only several hundred quantities.
